5. Control Over Your Information

Update/Delete or Change Information: To update or delete your information on our site, log into your account and select the edit or delete option.

Administrative/Transactional Messages for Registered Users and Subscribers Cannot Be Turned Off: As part of providing an online service, you cannot opt out of receiving administrative or transactional emails (such as those regarding your transactions or policy updates) related to your registered account.
Deletion of Your User Content/Account: You may request deletion of your account and/or certain personally identifiable information from our systems by emailing us at info@selfra.me. Upon your request, your profiles will be deleted and no longer accessible or visible to others. However, if your information was previously accessed by others, we cannot delete it from their systems. After deletion, we may retain logs and archival copies of your information for recordkeeping and internal purposes, including enforcing this Policy. Where permitted by law, we may also retain information from closed accounts to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolve disputes, analyze or troubleshoot programs, enforce our Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise allowed by law. selfra.me follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information might be collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, and tracking users' behavior on the website.

Like any other website, selfra.me uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. (iii) Right to restrict processing:
You may request that we restrict the processing of your

You have the right not to be

significant effects. This does not apply if the decision is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, is

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, as set out in Article 77 of the GDPR. and similar technologies) with third parties to evaluate our marketing campaigns or website usage. Under the CCPA’s
broad definition, some sharing of data may be considered a “sale.” You may request that we stop selling or sharing
your personal information, and we will honor your request for at least 12 months before seeking your consent to
resume. You may exercise this right yourself or through an authorized agent (with proper documentation). Your
request will be subject to identity verification.
