At selfra.me, accessible from selfra.me and operated by Iryna Sokolenko ("Provider", "we", "us"), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our customers ("Customer", "visitor", "you" or "your"). 5. Control Over Your Information

Opting Out of Promotional Messages: You can opt out of receiving our promotional communications by clicking the “My Account” tab, then navigating to the “My Settings” and “Preferences” tabs. You may also unsubscribe by using the link in the footer of any email or newsletter you receive. Alternatively, you can email us at info@selfra.me.

Update/Delete or Change Information: To update or delete your information on our site, log into your account and select the edit or delete option.

Site Privacy Settings: Information you share while participating on the Site may become public and subject to redistribution by us or any third party that views your profile or posted content. You can modify your privacy preferences at any time by logging into your account and accessing “My Settings.” You can also manage preferences for other Provider services as described in Section 5 or by contacting us as set forth in Section 17. Please note, Provider is not responsible for the use, disclosure, or copying of your public postings on or through the Site that are made public and downloaded by third parties.

Administrative/Transactional Messages for Registered Users and Subscribers Cannot Be Turned Off: As part of providing an online service, you cannot opt out of receiving administrative or transactional emails (such as those regarding your transactions or policy updates) related to your registered account.

Deletion of Your User Content/Account: You may request deletion of your account and/or certain personally identifiable information from our systems by emailing us at info@selfra.me. Upon your request, your profiles will be deleted and no longer accessible or visible to others. However, if your information was previously accessed by others, we cannot delete it from their systems. After deletion, we may retain logs and archival copies of your information for recordkeeping and internal purposes, including enforcing this Policy. Where permitted by law, we may also retain information from closed accounts to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolve disputes, analyze or troubleshoot programs, enforce our Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise allowed by law. If your account or membership is terminated or suspended, we may retain your information to prevent re-registration.

Third-Party Ad Network Opt-Out: We may partner with third-party network advertisers to display ads on third-party websites or media platforms (such as social networks). This enables us and our partners to show you targeted advertising for services you may find interesting. 6. Log Files

selfra.me follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information might be collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, and tracking users' behavior on the website.

7. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, selfra.me uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information. selfra.me's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

10. Information Security

We take the security of your information seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. Children's Information

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not designed for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals in this age group through our websites, applications, services, or tools. Our platforms are set up to prevent anyone under 16 from registering. (viii) Right not to be subject to automated decision-making:
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects. This does not apply if the decision is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, is authorized by law, or is based on your explicit consent, with appropriate safeguards in place.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, as set out in Article 77 of the GDPR. You may file a complaint with the authority in your place of residence, place of work, or where the alleged infringement occurred. In certain circumstances, and subject to applicable law, Provider may not be able or may not be required to comply with some or all of your requests. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a reasonable fee for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive (for example, due to their repetitive character). If you have unresolved concerns, you may contact an EU Supervisory Authority.

Providing your personal information is voluntary, but may be necessary to access certain features or services. If you choose not to provide certain data, we may be unable to fulfill some requests or provide certain services.

13. Residents of United Kingdom (UK)

This section provides specific information and applies only to residents of California (“California consumers”). The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) requires us to inform California consumers about how we handle certain personal information collected both online and offline. Under the CCPA, “personal information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.

The CCPA grants California consumers certain rights and imposes specific restrictions on businesses as set forth below:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information:
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Provider may use your personal information to perform our contract and provide Services. In some cases, we may share digital activity information (via cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies) with third parties to evaluate our marketing campaigns or website usage. Under the CCPA’s broad definition, some sharing of data may be considered a “sale.” You may request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information, and we will honor your request for at least 12 months before seeking your consent to resume. You may exercise this right yourself or through an authorized agent (with proper documentation). Your request will be subject to identity verification.

Nevada residents: Provider also honors Do Not Sell or Share My Information requests in compliance with Nevada state regulations.

As a California consumer, subject to certain exceptions, you have the right (at no charge, up to twice every 12 months) to make the following requests:

  • Deletion: Request the deletion of personal information collected about you, subject to certain exemptions (such as information necessary for security, debugging, or legal compliance).
  • Copy: Request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information collected about you in the prior 12 months.
  • Right to Know: Request that we disclose information about how we handled your personal information in the prior 12 months, including the following:

    • Categories of sources from which personal information was collected;
    • Business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling your personal information;
    • Categories of third parties with whom we have shared or disclosed your personal information;

Incentives and Non-Discrimination:
The CCPA prohibits discrimination against California consumers for exercising their CCPA rights and sets requirements for any financial incentives offered in connection with personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We may offer different prices, rates, or quality of goods or services if the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data.
